he items that you can buy in our sale are mostly discontinued. This means that we are definitively saying goodbye to them and will no longer carry them in our assortment. In order to continue to offer these items at the great discounts you are accustomed to from us, we have decided that they can no longer be returned. Unfortunately, a returned item purchased on sale often means that a sale costs us literal money. Exchanging for a different size, for example, is of course still possible and allowed.

Returning is very easy at UV-Fashions:

• Get ready for return. 
Pack the item to be returned (including packing list!) in the original shipping parcel

• Bring the parcel to a postal service.
  You can return your parcel by yourself or have it picked up by a delivery service of your choice.

The return shipment is always at your own risk and own costs; frank the parcel sufficiently.

UV-Fashions is in no way liable for damage or loss of returned items.

We advise to send the return parcel with TRACK&TRACE, so that it is clear when and who received the parcel.

• Important!
  Each return parcel will be processed separately. Keep this in mind if you want to offer multiple returns or multiple return parcels to UV-Fashions. To avoid double costs, we recommend that you return all returns, including delivery notes, to us in one box. This way you only pay the return costs once.

• We have received your return. And now what?
  When we have received your return, we will send you a (credit) mail to confirm, after a successful check and processing of your return. We will process your return within two to a maximum of five working days. Super-fast and well-arranged! 

• Refund
  After successful return processing, you will receive the return amount within two to a maximum of five working days on the account you previously paid with us.

• Excluded from return
  All sun creams, facemasks, lip balm and UV-wash are excluded from the return option and the right of withdrawal for reasons of health protection and hygiene. If these products are returned to us anyway, they will be destroyed. You will not receive a credit note and no refund.

• Right of withdrawal for consumers:
  As a customer of UV-Fashions, you can invoke the right of withdrawal within fourteen days and without giving a reason. This means that you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount, excluding initial shipping costs, paid by you to UV-Fashions. After informing us of your revocation, which should happen within 30 days after purchase, you have another 30 days to return the product.

In case of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment. UV-Fashions bears no liability whatsoever in this regard. Only after successful receipt and process of your return shipment will you receive the full purchase amount or a proportional part thereof back to the account you previously paid us with.

If you return part of your order to UV-Fashions, you will only receive a refund of the purchase price of the returned item(s).
